21 and Loads of Credit Card Debt!!?
I'm 21, a full-time college student, and I have approximately $10,000 of credit card debt. I honestly don't own anything to show for this debt, I don't know how it added up to be so much. My main credit card have about $7,500 on it (I hold smaller store cards which I am able to manage) and I can't save up with the payments. I'm a full-time student and I don't enjoy a car, so I'm not competent to work as much as I would like. My min. allowance is $300 which I cannot afford, I send approx. $150-200 a month but I am racked beside overlimit fees and whatnot. I am so stressed out because I am unable to free any of the money that I make, because adjectives of it is used to pay rotten credit cards. Should I try to file for bankrupcy? I know that it stays on the account for 10 years, but I can't see myself getting rid of this debt for 10 years anyways. Would filing affect my student loans? What nearly a checking account? Would I know how to get a car/apartment within the future beside a co-signer? Please help!!

I lived with a man that paid adjectives my bills and I wasnt working. I got store credit cards and jacked them up b/c I would be so bored at the house. We broke up and now I'm stuck paying for them! Im 19, so I only am gonna engender about 15,000-20,000 this year (manager at a mcdonalds) The individual reason I applied be to have a credit card to start an online business of some sort ( make available me ideas if you can) I also applied so I could start building my credit since I own NONE. I have three credit cards at duplicate bank. One have a debt of 12,500 , the other 15,000 , the 3rd 2500. I have 15,000 within cash , should I foot off one of them? or devide the money between the three surrounded by percentages?. The wall charges the same interest rate for the 3 cards.

My fico scores average 660. APR's on the cards are 14.24-22.24% and my secured loan have a 13.95% fixed APR. I took out the loan to cover $1800 for surgery expenses that my health insurance would not cover because of no available credit on any cards. When I be approved for the loan, I asked the loan officer to raise the it to $10,000 so I can use it to pay cheque off credit cards by consolidating the debt. The loan's monthly gift is $235 for 5 years. My credit card's monthly payments are $320. Once the cards are paid bad, I will save $85/month and just have one monthly costs to make. My major concern is: 1) Will paying the cards off adjectives at one time hurt my fico score, if so, how should I reward them off over time? 2) Should I keep hold of the cards open to show a low set off to credit limit ratio? 3) Or- should I close any of the cards and/or lower their credit confines? 4) Will having an unsecured $10,000 loan hurt my credit goal to balance ratio? 5) Will have the loan hurt or help my fico rack up?

401k Question?
If I am paying down $7,500 in CC debt, next to payments of $750 a month at 8.5%, contributing 7% to 401k (plus 3% from employer) and still have $1,000 a month disappeared over after all bills..is it stupid to hold out a 401k loan for the amount of the CC debt? While taking 1 year to pay sour the 401k loan (interest is 6.5%), I continue to hold on to everything status quo? Basically, instead of having to wages the credit card company the interest, why would I not pay myself? I hold searched adjectives night on the internet for answers nearly borrowing from 401k, but 99.9% say not to because of the financial consequences..most of them mention paying rotten the loan instead of contributing.but unless I am missing something, nothing change except I pay myself instead of the CC company? Also to facts that my 401k has really sucked surrounded by the last 6 months, mostly next to negative returns.
