Well I recently found a blog that shows people how to lose weight fast and I started reading because I was very curious: I’m not obese or anything but I do know that I am a little bit overweight and like everyone I could stand to lose a few pounds (hey a little exercise goes a long way and certainely never hurt anyone). So clearly, we should all start learning about how to get fit, how to be a little healthier and how to become healther in our everyday lives. It’s funny, I started reading another fitness blog (clearly I have a problem) but the interesting thing was that the writer of said blog was talking about how to learn fitness. This struck me in a funny way because I couldn’t understand how you learn fitness, it just seems like something you do, not sit around reading about and learn.
