I have over 400 cards pulled from LON, PG1, DPKB, and DR1. I need to sell these cards fast. I have like 40 rares, 10 supers, 10 ultras, 1 ultimate, and 1 secret. I can't sell them online. Do I go to like a card shop or something?

I am tearing out all of the cabinets and removing all of the appliances from the room regardless. I have seen people set the cabinets on the subfloor and tile up to them as well as tile underneath before setting the cabinets. Same with appliances. Which is the proper way, assuming the room is completely cleared out to start with.

The kitchen is small only 8 x 13 and two walls will have cabinets. I was told that future home owners will probably change the floor before changing the cabinets. I want to go ahead and tile underneath the cabinets. What is better????
